I have been taking some sewing classes. One class was a community class that was a month long. You could bring any project to make. I brought an apron, of course. The second class was at Gracie Lou's in Salem. It is the best fabric store around. Lots of designer fabrics. Anyway my mom and I signed up for this class. It was the night before I left for NYC so instead of packing I was sewing an apron. Crazy!
This is actually the third apron I have made since Christmas. I actually only made the bottom half. My mom had to finish it for me in the second class because I was in NYC!!
I love this fabric.
I was trying to get a picture of the cute neckline...
Community sewing class with Kalli. It was fun but frustrating the week I had to unpick EVERYTHING because I used small ric rac.
Half finished apron. I need to attach the straps and pocket to the front of the skirt.
This is me attaching the large ric rac it was much easier to sew than the small stuff and super cute!!

Nicole I love the aprons!!! I sewed about a dozen for Christmas. I used a super cute pattern you can find here. http://morganmoore.typepad.com/one_more_moore/2007/02/valentine_tree__1.html I think you'll really like it!
So cute, Nicole! I love that Heather Bailey fabric. Was that her new apron pattern that you used? I am making a million yo-yos out of that red floral. I think I may make a table runner out of it. Who knows. It looks like you had fun in NYC!
Oh man ... your aprons are 'to die for cute'!!!
